1. How can I inquire online?

2. How do I pay for my confirmed booking?
Effect payment for your confirmed booking before the option date given you. For bank to bank cash remittance and credit card payment, please ask assistance from your booking officer for procedure and details.
3. How and where can I get my tickets and hotel vouchers?
Tickets and hotel vouchers can be e-mailed or picked-up from our office: 2/F DM Bldg., Visayas cor. Congressional Aves., Quezon City, Philippines. If you wish to have your ticket and voucher delivered to you, a minimal delivery charge will be added to the tour package cost. Please indicate the address to which travel documents should be delivered.
4. What will happen if I do not pay on or before the option date?
Your booking will automatically be cancelled if payment is not remitted to us on or before option date. Cancellation fees will not apply.
5. What if I paid for my bookings then decided to cancel?
A cancellation fee will apply depending on the existing cancellation policies of our service providers. Service providers have different policies on cancellation. There will be no refund for no-shows or cancellations made four (4) days or less prior to day of arrival/date of tour. During peak season, notice of cancellation should be made much earlier.
